Hi, I'm Claire!
I’m a product designer based in Charlottesville, Virginia, passionate about new technologies and obsessed with understanding users.
My journey started in 2018 after earning my BFA in graphic design from James Madison University. I kicked off my career as a media and design manager for an automotive nonprofit before joining CoConstruct as a marketing designer in 2021. Just three weeks in, CoConstruct was acquired by Buildertrend, and a year later I transitioned into product design—an experience that deepened my skills in UX, research, and agile development.
I thrive on collaboration, uncovering pain points, researching user needs, and designing thoughtful solutions that bring ideas to life. Seeing a concept evolve into a product that people love is what drives me.
My goal? Keep growing, become a senior designer, launch a startup, and continue shaping the future of tech in meaningful ways. 🚀
P.S. – I’m a travel enthusiast, having explored 22 countries (and counting!). I love immersing myself in different cultures, languages, and cuisines while meeting people from all walks of life.
Outside of design, you’ll find me drawing, painting, playing volleyball, working out, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with my family and my cockapoo, Pippa.
